Executive Wellness Programme
Mental Fitness Programme
Our flagship Executive Wellness Programme is for C-Suite executives.
Over the course of 12 months our programme will focus participants on understanding their health and wellness and intensively supporting participants to determine and attain their performance goals.
Our 6 month programme is aimed at senior managers and key opinion formers.
Through this intensive programme participants will set and attain personal goals and be equipped with the tools to sustain optimal performance beyond the programme.
Our Enterprise programme aims to support a wider workforce. Utilising our clinician-led Learning Hub and Performance Tool, participants are guided through their individual journeys, over the course of 6 months, to develop and achieve their goals and improve their wellbeing and personal performance.
Our Mental Fitness programme supports the wider workforce through a focused approach to mental health and mental performance as inextricably related processes.
Mental fitness is about having the resources and skills to meet or exceed cognitive, emotional, and metabolic demands. It is the effective translation of sustained mental health to optimal mental performance,

Organisational Mood Analysis
Mood plays a pivotal role in business performance. At every level from individual effectiveness to team cohesion to organisational productivity, the cognitive, metabolic, and emotional components of mood strongly influence outcomes.
We use state of the art data capture and analyses methods and our expert insight to analyse, interpret and report the mood of organisations, what that means and how performance can be improved through addressing these mood states.
Underpinning our programmes
It is important that participants can learn, develop and improve at their own pace and our Performance Tool, Learning Hub and Digital Tools enable this to happen.
Our Learning Hub and has been developed, by our clinicians, to support our participants in understanding wellness, and how to improve their personal performance over the course of their programme.
Based on the four pillars of performance: sleep, nutrition, activity and emotions, our Learning Hub guides users through understanding the fundamental science of wellbeing and performance to understand how our lives and choices positively or negatively impact our mood, wellbeing and performance.
Our innovative Performance Tool has been developed, through clinical evidence, to allow users to record and review their mood scores against well defined population averages.
The tool has the ability to articulate the state of users at any given time as well as across time and provides the user powerful lifestyle feedback.
Your mood is vital to wellness. Mood is detached from the immediacy of emotions to determine personal emotional states across a longer period.
We believe that what gets measured gets improved and our Digital Tools have been developed, from clinical concepts, to measure performance and wellbeing metrics.
These tools have been developed to understand a current state or metric so that it can be improved.
