Our programmes offer people at all levels of your organisation the opportunity to develop greater awareness and understanding of factors that can inhibit their performance, their professional and personal relationships, and their quality of life, and to develop the agency and skills necessary to regulate these in line with their career and life goals.
Events
We offer in-person events relating to all areas of business performance and individual wellbeing (and with our colleagues at CHX Performance, how these factors extend into leadership development and optimal corporate culture). From one-off talks and workshops to full- or multi-day events, we work with you to identify key themes and co-create the event.

We provide a range of services either to add specific support to the delivery of one of our programmes, or to meet specific and immediate challenges within organisations.
