Digital Tools
It is important that participants can learn, develop and improve at their own pace and our Performance Tool, Learning Hub and Digital Tools enable this to happen.
Learning Hub
Our Learning Hub and has been developed, by our clinicians, to support our participants in understanding wellness, and how to improve their personal performance over the course of their programme.
Based on the four pillars of performance: sleep, nutrition, activity and emotions, our Learning Hub guides users through understanding the fundamental science of wellbeing and performance to understand how our lives and choices positively or negatively impact our mood, wellbeing and performance.
Mood Tool
Our innovative Performance Tool has been developed, through clinical evidence, to allow users to record and review their mood scores against well defined population averages.
The tool has the ability to articulate the state of users at any given time as well as across time and provides the user powerful lifestyle feedback.
Your mood is vital to wellness. Mood is detached from the immediacy of emotions to determine personal emotional states across a longer period.
Self-awareness Tools
We believe that what gets measured gets improved and our Self-Awareness Tools have been developed, from clinical concepts, to measure performance and wellbeing metrics.
