CorPerformance Mind
Who is this programme for?
This programme is aimed generally at 20-40 year olds who are in good overall health but would like to have more energy at work and at home, experience better mood more often, and improve their self-awareness of and control over their emotions and mental health.
What problem does the programme address?
The programme addresses the rising levels of low mood, poor mental health and disengagement that leads to organisational underperformance and workforce attrition.
How does the programme address this problem?
The programme employs digitally enabled, clinically proven, and powerful psychological models, enabling individuals to define and follow their own unique pathway. Our models allow participants to quickly hone in on which areas need most attention and which approaches might be most effective in solution management.
How much investment should participants expect from us?
We use participants baseline psychological data to signpost their start-point and initial pathway, and we repeat this process every three months. By constantly updating the pathway and revising the media presented to them we maintain participant’s momentum and progress.
How much investment should you expect from your people?
You should expect your people to spend on average between 30-60 minutes per week engaging with everything from diagnostic questionnaires to relevant podcasts, video and text to relevant behaviour change challenges.
What are the expected outcomes and benefits for participants?
Participants experience increased energy, reduced fatigue and enhanced wellbeing. These global effects are underpinned by significant improvements in body composition, blood pressure, blood cholesterol, insulin resistance. Collectively, these effects drive better organisational performance and culture as well as and improved individual quality of life and reduced disease risk.
Why choose this programme over other solutions?
Our unique hybrid model ensure that participants receive proven clinical expertise and analysis at a price point far below that of equivalent health programme delivered in traditional formats.
How do we determine impact on a participant and organisation?
We use clinically captured blood and biometric data across a number of relevant health and disease markers and use these data to define the participant’s journey and to establish outcomes at 6-months.
What is the return on investment for your organisation?
Organisations typically experience improved engagement and performance, reduced presenteeism and attrition, and enhanced employee satisfaction (we can supply independently audited financial RoI data also).
How quickly can we proceed?
Programmes can be ready within 1-week of agreement with participant registration completed in under 15 minutes.
Our approach
Scientifically focused
Our Mind programme utilizes evidence-based behavioural science coupled with the latest research, alongside powerful self-awareness tools that enable participants to visualise, reflect and improve their mental fitness.
Non-normalised
Progression and development are determined by each participant individually, as they follow their own path at their own speed. Our non-normalised approach respects neurodiversity enabling participants to define and follow the pathway best suited to them at an appropriate pace.
Technology enabled
Use of our Learning Hub allowing them to learn on any device at any time, and our scientifically-based self-awareness tools enabling them to understand and manage their mental resources, provides participants with a rich, personal, and empirical understanding of their mental fitness and the steps needed to improve, maintain and sustain it into the future.
Enhancing organisational mood to enhance organisational performance
At CorPerformance we have been systematically enhancing the mood of our clients for almost 20 years, and in fact this has been seen by many participants and organisations as one of the most powerful outcomes of our programmes.
